HC-One is seeking a Chef with the following minimum qualifications:
* S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery
* Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
* Understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)

About You
You should be organized, capable of meeting service times, autonomous in planning, and skilled at following recipes precisely. A passion for food and an understanding of the importance of home-cooked quality meals for Residents are essential. Additionally, you will communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding
Recognizing signs of abuse, harm, or neglect is vital. All staff must attend safeguarding training relevant to their role, seek advice when needed, and report concerns appropriately.
