Christmas Bonus: Attendance Bonus from: £2.50 - £3.50/hr extra on certain days. Performance Bonus from: £2.50 - £3.50/hr extra on certain days. Hours of work as a full time Warehouse Operative are: AM Shift - Start time between 0400-1000 till finish Minimum of 6 hours Start times might vary during peak Start window from 14:00-18:00 PM Shift - 16:00pm till finish Minimum of 6 hours.
