We are looking for a proactive People and OD Administrator to join our People & Organisational Development team, supporting a diverse academic and professional services workforce at the University of South Wales, Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and The College Merthyr Tydfil. This role provides administrative support to a number of areas within HR but with a particular focus on employee relations, so the ability to be organised and multi-task is essential, as is attention to detail and accuracy. If you are organised with the ability to effectively manage your time, have a professional attitude, and are a team player, you are who we are looking for. This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in the area of employee relations. This role is for a 12 month fixed term period. However, the successful candidate would be expected to work on campus for part of the week based at the Pontypridd campus of the University of South Wales.
