Job Description:
Looking for a Delivery Manager for a contract role, inside IR35 (via umbrella), initially 6 months.
Location - Reading, with 2 days onsite per week.
The Integration Delivery Manager will collaborate with HR, IT, SI partners, and third-party application providers to enable digital change. Responsibilities include:
* Streamlining HR processes to improve efficiency.
* Optimising workforce planning and scheduling.
* Enhancing Talent Management to align learning with business goals.
* Integrating Payroll processes with third-party applications, ensuring compliance.
The successful candidate will join the Oracle HCM Cloud Programme, working within the Integration Workstream to coordinate design validation, testing, and transition activities with third-party providers, ensuring smooth operation post-implementation.
Key Accountabilities:
* Build effective relationships with teams and third-party suppliers.
* Manage third-party commitments for design validation, testing, and cutover activities.
* Set up and maintain SCRUM Boards in Azure DevOps with the Delivery Lead.
* Conduct deliverable and risk assurance reviews.
* Track third-party activities and milestones in the delivery plan.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Business Knowledge:
* Understanding of HR core functions and processes.
* Experience in large digital transformation projects, especially in shared services.
Experience:
* Relevant Waterfall and Agile certifications (e.g., PSM Scrum Master, Prince2).
* Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* Experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master.
* Strong planning skills and a track record of successful delivery.
* Experience working in a matrix organization.
* Ability to negotiate timelines and reprioritize third-party activities.
* Developing contingency plans for project risks.
Functional and Technical Skills:
* Knowledge of Oracle HCM SaaS; Oracle E-Business (12.2.9) on-premise is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of SCRUM in a DevOps environment.
* Proficiency with MSP (Professional and Online).
* Working knowledge of PowerBI and O365 (SharePoint).
* Familiarity with digital collaboration tools like Miro and Mural.
