Join Our Team as a Meeting & Events Co-ordinator!
Location: Birchwood Park, Engine Rooms
Schedule: Monday-Friday (with occasional evenings & weekends) | 37.5 hours per week between 8am-6pm
Compensation: £12.60 per hour

Your Role
As our Meeting & Events Co-ordinator, you will:
* Maximize Revenue: Build relationships and convert sales to ensure our meeting rooms are buzzing with activity.
* Manage Inquiries: Respond to phone, desk, and email inquiries promptly, adhering to our brand standards.
* Develop Client Relationships: Handle inquiries with expertise and communicate effectively with your team.
* Tailor Event Packages: Understand client needs and provide customized solutions that include up-selling food and beverage options.
* Conduct Venue Show-Rounds: Showcase our space with professionalism to facilitate swift bookings.
* Gather Feedback: Actively seek client feedback post-event to enhance future experiences.
* Compile Function Sheets: Ensure accurate documentation and communication with the operations team for seamless execution.
* Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Embrace our ‘Expect More’ philosophy and exceed customer expectations at every touchpoint.
* Support Reception: Step in to cover the reception area when needed.
* Assist with Administration: Perform general administrative tasks to support the Sales & Events Manager.
