Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Facilities Housekeeping Team. You will be based at Crawley Hospital and supporting our Mid Sussex Health Centres. Ideally you would have come from a facilities or housekeeping background and have experience of supervising staff. You will need to lead and motivate your team ensuring a high quality, professional service is delivered to patients and staff at all times.

Responsibilities
As Facilities supervisor, you must be able to work on your own initiative and have excellent communication & IT skills. You will ensure the high departmental standards are maintained & regularly audited and be able to assess workloads and prioritise effectively.
You will support the Team Leader and team undertaking tasks and small projects as required.
Qualifications
Ideally you would have come from a facilities or housekeeping background and have experience of supervising staff.
