1. Act as a trusted client lead, managing complex portfolios, responding to queries independently and identifying new business opportunities
2. Deliver strong commercial performance through effective WIP, pricing, utilisation and workflow management
3. Provide technical leadership across complex corporation tax and advisory work, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and high-quality outputs
4. Lead, develop and empower teams through coaching, delegation, training and active involvement in recruitment and people management
5. Drive efficiency, innovation and values-led behaviour, championing improved ways of working and taking ownership of departmental initiatives
Requirements:

6. CTA/ACA/ACCA/ATT or equivalent qualified
7. Previous experience within Corporate tax in a practice environment
8. Strong technical knowledge of Corporate Tax
