We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Experienced Registered Nurse to join East and North Herts Teaching NHS Trust, with opportunities across our services include Acute, Medical Wards, Renal, Theatres, Surgical wards and Children.
We would like to hear from experienced Registered Nurses. If successful in this post, you will be allocated to the Respiratory Unit on Ward 11a.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care needs of patients from admission (or before) to discharge, with the involvement of patients and their relatives/carers.
You will ensure a high standard of nursing care is performed at all times and assists in the review and regular update of these standard in accordance with the NMC code of professional conduct and trust polices.
Within your role, you’ll undertake and participate in post registration training in order to maintain and develop skills.
You will also carry out clinical procedure and treatments in line with the patient’s plan of care.

Qualifications/Training
* Registered Nurse on part 1, part 2 or part 12 of the NMC register
* Commitment to life long learning
* Ability to product updated personal professional portfolio
* Evidence of ongoing professional development
* Evidence of Assessing and Mentorship qualification
* Evidence of appropriate Specialist Qualification
Previous Experience
* Previous experience of working in a ward/department care environment
* Currently working in an acute ward environment within the NHS
* Experience of supporting students/clinical support workers within the NHS
Skills
* Evidence of good communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to work within a team
* Self awareness
* Sound organisational skills
* Flexibility
