As an IT Applications Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our systems run efficiently, support our people, and enable the firm to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward‑thinking national team, working alongside IT specialists, trainers and external partners to maintain and enhance our applications, support strategic projects, and ensure our systems evolve in line with Stone King’s ambitions.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing, maintaining and administering Stone King’s Microsoft 365 environment.
* Performing routine and proactive maintenance across our full application estate to keep systems running smoothly.
* Installing, upgrading and supporting applications in line with our IT Strategy and investment roadmap.
* Ensuring new and existing systems integrate effectively with firmwide processes and tools.
* Working closely with external suppliers to resolve issues and stay informed on technology roadmaps.
* Supporting IT Trainers by helping develop accurate and up‑to‑date training materials.
* Providing hands‑on support for firmwide IT projects, including those beyond your core responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For
✔ At least 1 year of experience working with Microsoft technologies - M365, Teams & SharePoint
✔ Experience with laptop configuration, repackaging, performance tuning and device management
✔ Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting
✔ Exposure to system development, coding or system integration
✔ Strong problem‑solving abilities and the ability to prioritise effectively
✔ Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a busy team environment
✔ Ability to work to deadlines and take ownership of tasks
Desirable Experience
✔ Training or certifications in Azure or Microsoft 365
✔ Strong understanding of Mobile Device Management solutions
✔ Good SQL knowledge and experience
✔ Experience using and managing Intune
✔ Understanding of the ITIL Framework
✔ Familiarity with applications such as Case Management Systems or Time Recording tools
