What You'll Be Doing
· Generating qualified leads and closing new business across the C&I sector
· Selling our Stack1, iCON & eFLEX BESS range to:
o Solar installers
o Commercial property owners
o Developers
o Net Zero consultants
· Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
· Delivering compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs'
· Collaborating with technical and delivery teams to ensure a successful sale.
· Representing AceOn as a solutions-first energy partner.
What We're Looking For
We want someone with more than just a strong CV. We're looking for passion, purpose, and potential:
* Proven track record of sales and lead generation
* Experience in a technical product sales environment, ideally with knowledge of energy storage
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
* Able to engage clients with confidence and professionalism
* Strong IT skills, including CRM and proposal tools
* A professional, customer-focused mindset
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Able to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment
* Resilient under pressure, goal-oriented, and committed to success
