Description
The Paralegal will be:
Assisting solicitors with litigated debt recovery and defended claims
Preparing legal documents, including pleadings and correspondence
Conducting legal research and compiling evidence
Managing communication with clients and third parties
Supporting with court documentation and file preparation
Maintaining accurate case records and databases
Ensuring compliance with legal standards and internal procedures
Contributing to team initiatives and process improvement
Profile
The Paralegal should be:
A law graduate or equivalent with up to 2 years' legal experience
Familiar with litigation or debt recovery processes
Confident in legal drafting and research
Organised and detail-oriented with good time management
Comfortable working independently and as part of a supportive team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
