If you're passionate about driving meaningful change and thrive in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.What will I be doing?Leading the strategic direction of a core pillar within a high-profile transformation programme, shaping the future of roadside operationsDeveloping robust, data-driven business cases to support informed decision-making and ensure delivery of measurable outcomesActing as the senior voice of the customer, translating complex business needs into impactful solutions that drive operational excellencePartnering with senior stakeholders across the organisation to capture, challenge and refine business requirements with precisionBringing external insight into the business by exploring market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologiesCollaborating with fellow Product Managers and Business Application Owners to shape and prioritise a product backlog aligned to strategic goalsDriving governance and alignment by maintaining clear documentation and ensuring all activities support wider organisational objectivesApplying subject matter expertise to oversee solution design and testing, ensuring outputs are fit for purpose and future-readyIdentifying and managing cross-functional dependencies to enable seamless delivery and integration of new solutionsProviding clear, regular updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting risks, opportunities and progress against key milestonesWhat do I need?Proven experience in leading the delivery of high-impact projects across varied scale and scopeA strong background in business transformation, with a focus on operational and customer-centric improvementsDemonstrated ability to manage and influence large, diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadershipA solid understanding of commercial operations and customer service environmentsExpertise in facilitating workshops, leading strategic discussions, and driving consensusExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally across all levels of the organisationFamiliarity with the full software development lifecycle and project delivery methodologiesStrong analytical skills, with experience in process mapping, requirements gathering and solution designA sound understanding of systems architecture and how technology enables business outcomesProficiency in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, MIRO, Figma and Microsoft 365 in day-to-day deliveryAdditional informationWe’re always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
