We support our ladies in gentlemen with all aspects of the care they require as individuals in the autumn years of their lives; for example support with socialising and being reminded how important they are to us all, personal care such as help to dress, bathe in a modest and caring way. Encouragement and assistance to eat the wonderful food and drink we provide in Crown Care homes, after all there is nothing better than standing back knowing you have personally been part of facilitating a happy, fulfilling meal time.
Full and free training will be consistently provided throughout your employment with us as we firmly believe that if we provide a safe, happy working environment we will all be fulfilled, with a sense of purpose and a continued sense of achievement.
If you decide to come and join the team, we also provide a free uniform and pay for your enhanced Disclosure and Baring Service.
