Person Specification The ideal candidate will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Health and Social Care at secondary level. Have strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students to develop their Health and Social Care. Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate pupils. Be committed to maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.
