Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Are you an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal looking to take the next step in your career? Were working with a leading law firm with a specialist Real Estate team that is growing and seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join their busy Telecoms practice, based full-time in their Milton Keynes office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid experience in commercial property workparticularly landlord & tenant mattersto join a friendly, high-performing team that works closely with major clients in the telecoms sector. What youll be doing: Managing a varied caseload involving leasehold and freehold acquisitions, licences, deeds, and agreements Drafting and negotiating commercial property documents Reviewing titles and advising on any defects or restrictions Liaising with clients, surveyors, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions Supporting post-completion matters including SDLT and Land Registry submissions Getting involved in client training, marketing events, and potential secondment opportunities What were looking for: Previous experience in Commercial Property law (essential) Confident drafting and reviewing legal documents Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills A legal qualification (Law Degree, CILEX or similar) is desirable but not essential What's on offer: Salary up to £30,000 (with some flexibility for the right candidate) 24 days holiday 3 days Christmas shutdown (rising with service) BUPA private health cover 4% employer pension contribution Life assurance, income protection & EAP Perks and discounts via Perkbox/Benefits Hub Real Estate (Telecoms) | Milton Keynes | Up to £30,000 Full-time | Office-based | Excellent Benefits This is a full-time office-based role with occasional travel to other sites as needed.
