Responsibilities
* As an Occupational Therapist, provide professional support, train team members, and act as an expert advisor on equipment and decision-making.
* Conduct strengths-based assessments and design innovative reablement plans tailored to individual needs, encouraging independence and minimising long-term care needs.
* Manage your time and schedule autonomously to provide bespoke care to individuals in a diverse caseload, ensuring their unique needs are met with compassion and expertise.
* Benefit from support provided by our Principal Occupational Therapist and access opportunities for career progression, including leadership or coaching programmes.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Occupational Therapy qualification with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience.
* Valid full UK driverrs license is essential, as you will visit clients in their own homes or other settings (e.g., hospitals).
