Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working with a prominent Oxford Architectural practice, seeking to appoint a recently qualified Architect to their growing team. With a healthy pipeline of projects across a range of interesting sectors, the practice are well-placed to offer a budding Architect a position with plenty of progression opportunities and support to fully develop within the industry.
THE COMPANY:
The company in question are one of Oxford’s emerging names, with an enviable client portfolio which is serviced by a team of over 50 members of staff company wide. With offices across the UK, this enables them to offer a nationwide coverage of services, with projects ongoing in sectors such as; Education, Healthcare, Residential, and Community.
The company are invested in Revit software and are constantly keeping up with an ever changing & moving industry. They pride themselves on promoting from within and allowing their staff to develop and progress in their careers.
THE POSITION – ARCHITECT
The position available is for an ambitious, newly qualified Architect who can already boast experience operating within UK practice – ideally within the Commercial, Education & Healthcare sectors. However, all significant UK sector experience will be considered.
Vacancies are also available for Part 2 Architectural Assistants too!
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
1. RIBA/ARB registered Architect
2. Demonstrable UK architecture industry experience
3. Ambitious and good work ethic
4. Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD & Revit would be ideal
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
The successful Architect will be offered a salary likely to be in the region of £32,000-£38,000 alongside a competitive benefits package that includes:
