The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering top-tier optical and customer service support, including:
* Taking the time to explore patient needs and offering tailored support
* Understanding visual perception and common visual defects
* Confidently dispensing single vision, multifocal and high-index lenses
* Providing professional spectacle collections, ensuring fit, comfort and best possible visual outcome
* Delivering consistent, positive patient experiences that drive strong feedback
* Dispensing complex prescriptions, including calculating edge thicknesses and working with challenging prescriptions
* Achieving and exceeding personal and team goals in a positive, collaborative environment
About You
Essential Skills:
* Optical sales experience
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A natural ability to build rapport with a wide range of people
Desirable:
* Knowledge of optical operations, products or dispensing
* Experience with hearing care or basic hearing aid maintenance
