About the Role
* Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house and run the store when needed
* Manage a team to deliver amazing service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient and safe environment where targets are met
* Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates and inspires the team to perform at their best
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team
* Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs
About You
* You are passionate about customers, people and products, inspiring and motivating others
* You have strong commercial understanding and know how to create a fantastic shopping experience
* You are a team player who thrives in a results‑driven, fast‑paced and challenging environment, able to adapt quickly and bring the team on board with new objectives
* You are an effective communicator, calm and approachable even under pressure, and realistic with expectations
* You demonstrate problem‑solving skills, sound business decision‑making, confidently challenge processes and generate innovative ideas to move the business forward
* You are confident when dealing with people issues
* You are able to multi‑task, plan, organise and prioritise workload effectively
