Bodyshop Manager Location: Aldershot Salary: Up to £55,000 basic bonus Hours: Monday to Friday, Saturday on Rota Overview ISQ Recruitment are currently supporting a well-established and rapidly expanding vehicle repair organisation in the search for an experienced Bodyshop Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding quality and performance. You'll be responsible for leading workshop operations, driving productivity, maintaining excellent standards, and ensuring the team consistently delivers a first-class service. What You'll Be Doing Taking full operational responsibility for the production workshop, ensuring daily output is delivered efficiently Managing and improving workshop performance and productivity, ensuring targets are achieved Overseeing quality control, ensuring repairs meet required standards and processes are followed Ensuring job packs, check sheets, and required documentation are completed accurately and on time Identifying and addressing constraints impacting workflow, output, or performance Maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH requirements Ensuring site housekeeping standards remain high at all times Monitoring and reducing non-productive time to maximise efficiency Ensuring operational standards meet insurer and industry requirements Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the team to maintain strong morale and performance Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in a Bodyshop Manager / Workshop Manager / Site Manager position within automotive repair At least 5 years' experience in a body repair environment Strong leadership and people management capability, with a hands-on approach Solid understanding of modern repair techniques and workshop processes A customer-focused mindset with a "right first time" attitude Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities Strong attention to detail and confident using MS Office and workshop administration systems Able to plan effectively, manage deadlines, and keep workflow moving Friendly, professional, and positive in your approach Strong technical knowledge across body and paint repair within the motor trade Benefits This employer offers an excellent benefits package, including: Up to £55,000 basic salary bonus 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) Service recognition awards Healthcare Cash Plan (including gym & retail discounts) Main Dealer Benefits How to Apply If you're a driven and experienced Bodyshop Manager looking for your next step within a growing and supportive business, ISQ Recruitment would love to hear from you.
