Are you looking for an opportunity to progress in store management? We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our home store team in Dundee (DD1 2DB) to support daily store operations and lead during the Store Manager’s absence.
The role requires flexibility working weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis, and involves physically demanding tasks due to the volume of collections, deliveries and donations.
Responsibilities
* Ensure highest standard of customer service.
* Achieve sales targets.
* Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising.
* Maximise sales through physical and digital channels.
* Support recruitment and development of volunteers.
* Achieve expectations within campaign activities.
* Work with the manager to generate stock.
Qualifications
* Experience in a customer‑facing role.
* Supervisory experience.
* Commercially driven with a focus on new ideas.

* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving the highest retail standards.
* Results‑driven with a recognition of right result, right way.
* DBS Check – a satisfactory DBS check is required for employment.
