The Role
We're seeking a dynamic Account Manager to lead the operational and commercial performance of a key client contract. Youll oversee the maintenance of M&E systems, lead on-site teams, and drive service excellence while managing a contract P&L of circa £3m, ensuring strong financial performance and profitable growth.
What Youll Do
* Manage PPM, reactive works, and full statutory compliance
* Lead, coach, and develop engineering teams (briefings, TBTs, appraisals)
* Produce accurate monthly client reports and maintain excellent communication
* Oversee QHSE audits, documentation, and performance standards
* Manage extra works, quotations, and supplier relationships within contract parameters
* Control budgets, monitor spend, and protect P&L performance (~£3m)
* Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and profitability
