What is required from you?
* A clean and currentdriving licence and PCV licence is essential
* A minimum of three years driving experience
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
* Previous experience working adults with complex learning disabilitiesand health care needs, however let us know any personal experience, related background or qualifications as this experience is all relevant too
* The ability to work cooperativelyand professionallywith colleagues, service users and others
* A caring, patient and reliable nature

Encouraging– people to play active roles in the communities in which they live, to encourage independence.
Supporting – Activities of daily Living including social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals and budgeting.
Communicating- effectively communicate using people’s chosen methods
Engaging- promoting and motivating people we support to enhance their quality of life
Specialising - supporting people who may need positive behavioural support approaches
Recording- keeping accurate records &reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management
Team player – Working as part of a team, as well as being able to work using your own initiative.
