Areas Covered
* Grantham & Surrounding Villages (NG31 6–9, NG32 1–3, NG33 4–5): Grantham, Great Gonerby, Barrowby, Harlaxton, Allington, Denton, Colsterworth, Corby Glen, and surrounding villages.
* Sleaford & Vale of Belvoir (NG13 0, NG34 0, NG34 7–9): Bottesford, Aslockton, Heckington, Sleaford, Ruskington, Leasingham, and Cranwell.
* Stamford & Bourne Area (PE9 1–4, PE10 0, PE10 9): Stamford, Ketton, Tinwell, Bourne, Morton, Thurlby, and Elsea Park.
Pay & Benefits
* Pay: £13.20 per hour (standard rate); £13.50 per hour (after 8pm, before 8am & weekends); paid travel time between visits: £12.75 per hour; mileage allowance: 20p per mile (standard travel), 40p per mile (when supporting a client).

Availability & Scheduling
* Minimum availability of 10 hours per week.
* Must be available to work at least two days per week including early mornings (from 6:45am) or evenings (until 10:00pm).
* Alternate weekend working required.
* No fixed shift patterns – schedules built around your availability.
* During probation, 0‑hour contract; after successful completion, average‑hours contract based on regular working pattern.

Job Responsibilities
* Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
* Support daily routines and prepare meals.
* Offer companionship and emotional support.
* Assist with medication reminders.
* Promote independence, wellbeing, and safety.
* Ensure minimum 1‑hour visits in the morning and minimum 45‑minute visits in the afternoon; no rushed calls.
What We’re Looking For

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Willingness to work alternate weekends.
* No formal qualifications required – full training provided.
