Private Client Solicitor - Regional Firm - East Sussex

Responsibilities:

* Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration.

* Provide tailored legal advice and solutions to clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met.
\t
* Handle complex estate planning issues and tax considerations.
\t
* Liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to progress cases efficiently.
\t
* Contribute to the continued growth and success of the private client department through proactive engagement and collaboration.
Criteria:
\t
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in private client law.
\t
* Demonstrable experience managing a varied caseload of private client matters independently.
\t
* Strong technical knowledge and understanding of wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
\t
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
\t
* Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
\t
* Proactive and adaptable team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
