Carlisle Window Systems Ltd are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee our domestic window and door installations. You will be responsible for managing at least 7 fitting teams, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard, on time, and with excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and support installation teams, ensuring quality workmanship and smooth project delivery.
* Work closely with the office team to manage and organise the installation diary.
* Ensure the domestic side of the business runs efficiently and effectively.
* Handle issues quickly and professionally, providing solutions on-site or remotely.
* Carry out site visits and customer service calls when required.
* Maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance across all installations.
Requirements:
* Experience in window & door installation management (or a similar role).
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate effectively with fitters, office staff, and customers.
* Full UK driving license.
