Contract Van Driver - PLC
Applications now open for a highly skilled Contract Van Driver on behalf of our Sheffield based client.
Are you a Van Driver with experience? Do you take pride in the quality of the service you offer? We are now looking for an experienced Contract Van Driver to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the loading, transport and delivery of orders from our depot to our customers within the agreed timescale, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining vehicle safety standards at all times. Key duties include:
* Ensuring high standards of customer service.
* Performing daily vehicle and stock inspections.
* Carrying out necessary maintenance and servicing.
* Completing paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
* Following all health and safety procedures.
The successful Contract Van Driver should be:
* Has basic knowledge of driving and delivery vehicles.
* Own a Digital Tacho Card
* Must have current driving license, valid for the UK.
* Good customer service and communication skills.
* Health & Safety awareness – training and qualifications in manual handling.
