Teaching Assistant – New Milton

Your Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils in their daily learning and personal development.
* Work closely with teachers to adapt lessons and activities for individual needs.
* Encourage pupils to build resilience, independence, and confidence.
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to help pupils progress.
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

* Experience of working with or supporting children (school-based experience desirable).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
