Role: Learning & Development Manager
Salary: Up to 70K DOE
Location: London – Hybrid (3 days in the office)

A leading gaming tech company is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to design and deliver training programs that empower employees, strengthen leadership capability, and foster a culture of continuous growth.
This is a new role for the business and as such provides an exciting opportunity to shape learning strategies, build development pathways, and make a direct impact on business performance and employee engagement across their UK, US and European offices.
Key duties:
1. Learning Strategy & Programs: Create and deliver learning initiatives tailored to business needs and evolving workforce skills.
2. LMS & Training Infrastructure: Establish and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) to track training progress, compliance, and completion.
3. Leadership Development: Design and coordinate programs that build strong leadership pipelines aligned with company values.
