Title: OOH National Account Manager
Location: Central London (2 office days a week)

The Role:
This business is looking for a commercially sharp and entrepreneurial OOH National Account Manager to lead and grow the channel, including foodservice, wholesale, workplace, travel and QSR’s. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on building lasting customer relationships, winning new business, and driving brand visibility where traditional retail doesn’t reach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own and grow key national OOH accounts (e.g. Bidfood, Brakes, Compass, Sodexo, WHSmith Travel, universities, gyms, QSR’s).
2. Build strategic JBPs with customers focused on distribution, availability, and visibility.
3. Drive new business development, prospecting and securing high-potential accounts in untapped sectors.
4. Lead customer negotiations including pricing, promotional plans, and investment proposals aligned to ROI targets.
5. Collaborate closely with marketing, NPD, and operations teams to ensure effective execution of channel-specific initiatives.
6. Use market and sales data to identify trends, optimise performance, and report on account health.
7. Support wider commercial planning and budgeting with accurate forecasting and account reporting.
8. Act as a brand champion in the OOH space, ensuring all partners are engaged with the brand’s mission and messaging.
About You:
9. Experience in account management experience, ideally within food & drink or functional wellness.
10. Ideally experience with Bidfood or Brakes
11. Proven success managing national or strategic OOH customers and delivering against revenue and margin targets.
12. Strong negotiator with a commercial mindset and hands-on experience managing the full sales cycle.
13. Comfortable in a scale-up or fast-moving environment where initiative, adaptability, and collaboration are key.
14. Purpose-led with a passion for improving access to better health and nutrition.
