Purpose of the Role:
As the Marketing Executive, you will support the Marketing Manager on the delivery of Affinia’s integrated marketing campaigns that support service line growth, Group functions and client engagement. In this role you will have the opportunity to manage your own projects, collaborate with peers and therefore you will need strong technical marketing expertise, excellent communication skills and confident stakeholder engagement. Internally, you will play an active role in the team, supervising and mentoring colleagues within project scope.
We operate a hybrid working model, and as an Executive you will split your time between working in the office and visiting other offices when required. You may be able to work from home in certain circumstances. Please speak to your line manager if you need to request to work from home or if you wish to make a flexible working request.
We provide ongoing training to develop both your technical and behavioural skills. Please speak to your line manager to craft a development plan tailored to both business need and your own goals.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
* Supporting the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns
* Optimise digital campaigns and report on performance trends
* Work closely with service lines to identify growth opportunities
* Undertake campaign planning, delivery and evaluation
* Ensure brand consistency and reputational risk management
* Analyse campaign ROI and apply insights to future planning
* Mentor and coach team members
Professional skills/qualifications:
* Strong analytical and presentation skills
* Degree or CIM qualification or active progress toward it
* Experience in B2B or professional services marketing
