Job Title:Engineering Instructor

Salary: £28,000–£35,000 per annum (Depending on Qualifications and Experience)

* Delivering engaging and practical engineering lessons that spark curiosity and critical thinking.
* Guiding learners through technical processes and safety procedures with confidence and clarity.
* Supporting learners in achieving qualifications and developing employability‑ready skills.
* Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
* A qualification or background in Engineering or a related field.
* Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring (formal or informal).
* Strong communication, organisation, and technical skills.
* A genuine passion for education and helping others succeed.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
