About The Role
Are you a technically minded professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for vehicle quality?
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator to take ownership of technical services across our vehicle processing operations - from inspection and estimating to parts coordination and quality control.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this hands-on, fast-paced role, you will:
* Carry out detailed vehicle inspections and estimates, ensuring all work meets contractual standards.
* Coordinate parts — identifying, ordering, and tracking components while managing supplier relationships.
* Handle technical administration, including processing authorisations via CAMS and 1link.
* Perform quality control checks to ensure every vehicle leaves in top condition and ready for sale.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep vehicle flow efficient and on schedule.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong knowledge of vehicle components, repair methods, and refurbishment standards (cars and commercials).
* Experience in inspection, estimating and parts coordination.
* Familiarity with 1link, CAMS and related systems.
* Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills.
* Confidence working under pressure and meeting daily targets.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and adaptability to new tech.
* A full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months).
