Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our established management team, ensuring exceptional service and a vibrant atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and team supervision. This role requires effective leadership skills and the ability to supervise staff while maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities
* Oversee bar operations day-to-day, including serving drinks, supporting the team, clean up, close down and cashing up.
* Support any team in training
* Ensure guests experience the best visit they can
* Handling complaints and possible problematic issues as they arise
Upholding legal requirements and legislation at all times, and ensuring the team are too
Qualities
* Strong leadership abilities with experience in team supervision within the hospitality sector.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
* Knowledge of bar operations, including cocktail preparation
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding service to enhance the guest experience.
