Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking to strengthen its Business Development function with the addition of a Business Development Executive supporting its Disputes Practice Group.

The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development professional to play a key role in supporting a highly regarded Disputes team. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, contributing to strategic initiatives and helping to drive growth across the practice. You will:
* Develop and deliver high-quality pitch documents and proposals to win new business, including coordinating multi-jurisdictional RFPs
* Lead and support business development campaigns, from concept through to execution
* Organise and manage events, seminars, and webinars, including tracking and reporting on ROI
* Support client and sector targeting initiatives, including key account management and market research to identify new opportunities
* Maintain and enhance BD infrastructure, including CRM systems, pitch materials, and credentials databases
* Assist with the preparation and submission of legal directory and award submissions
This is a varied and hands-on role offering strong exposure to high-profile work and the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of a leading disputes practice. The role is based in London with a hybrid working model.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a Business Development role within a professional services or legal environment
* Strong pitching experience, including managing complex and multi-jurisdictional proposals
* Excellent written skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior individuals
* Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and legal directory processes
