Job Description
As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible:
3. Process purchase ledger invoices against receipted purchase orders.
4. Clear purchase ledger queries.
5. Process weekly supplier payment runs.
6. Supplier statement reconciliation.
7. Manage supplier queries.
8. Manage incoming accounts emails.
9. Assist with Month End Tasks and reconciliations.
10. Assist with Sales ledger as required.
11. Ad Hoc Reporting.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful for the Accounts Payable Clerk position, you must:
12. Have worked in a similar position
13. Good understanding of accounts payable
14. Good Excel skills
