I am seeking a professional, friendly, and well-organised Temporary Workplace/Customer Liaison Representative to provide support to a professional business during a period of cover. This role is key to maintaining a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace.
You will act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and colleagues, representing the business in a professional and weing manner at all times.
The role is working on behalf of a national professional services organisation who provides workplace contracts for large organisations across the UK.
Your new role
You will act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and colleagues, representing the business in a professional and weing manner at all times.
This role will require you to be on your feet for large parts of your day as you will be required to work across the business location supporting events, setting up spaces, or hosting guests ready for the client.
Key Responsibilities
1. Weing and signing in visitors, clients, and contractors in line with site procedures
2. Managing the reception desk and maintaining a professional front‑of‑house environment
3. Answering, screening, and directing iing telephone calls
4. Managing meeting room bookings and supporting meeting set‑ups as required
5. Handling iing and outgoing post and courier deliveries
6. Liaising with internal teams to announce visitors and support workplace needs
7. Providing general administrative support where required
8. Ensuring adherence to security, health and safety, and visitor protocols
