5. Lead transformational projects, ensuring technical integrity and quality across delivery streams.
6. Coach and mentor fellow architects while fostering collaboration across global teams.
7. Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, influencing firmwide investment priorities.

Essential Expertise
1. Proven leadership in technical architecture and strategy.
2. Experience with cloud-first architecture, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and hybrid solutions.
