This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with pupils, helping to support their academic, social, and emotional development within a positive and nurturing school environment.
The Role:
* Full-time position, 5 days a week
* Starting September
* Supporting pupils within the classroom and during structured activities
* Working with pupils with SEND on both an individual and group basis
* Supporting pupils during teaching sessions and midday breaks
* Helping maintain a safe and positive learning environment both indoors and outdoors
* Working collaboratively with teachers, senior leaders, and support staff
About the Role:
You will support the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher in promoting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development through tailored support programmes and positive relationship building. The role involves helping to provide a stable, caring, and supportive learning environment where pupils can achieve their full potential and continue to develop personally, socially, and academically.
