The role involves developing, operating, and monitoring contract programmes to ensure projects are completed within budget and timeframes.
Key Competencies

* Incorporate emergent works into existing programmes effectively.
* Report progress regularly and record delays with reasons.

Experience & Qualifications
* Relevant assistant/trainee Planning Engineer experience.
* Experience in Utilities Industry Sectors.
* Knowledge of IChemE and Utilities Framework contracts.
* Relevant HNC/Degree qualification.
* QCF Diploma Level 3/5 in Planning.
* APMP Practitioner certification.
* Supporting craft training and CPD.
