Connex Education is working with Secondary Schools in Middlesbrough and are recruiting for a Science Teacher to work full-time.

Assignment Details
As a supply science teacher, you will be responsible for effectively delivering Science instruction to secondary school students across Key Stages 3-4. You will deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum, differentiate teaching to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities, and employ a range of teaching methods to facilitate pupil learning. The successful applicant will have a strong background in science subjects, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to build positive rapport with Students.

Person Specification
* Must be 21 and over
* Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS)
* PGCE in Science or related subject from a recognized provider
* You must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one
* Have experience teaching science in a UK secondary school setting
* Be able to plan and deliver engaging KS3 and KS4 Science lessons across ability ranges
* Have excellent behaviour management and classroom control skills
