The Role
You'll handle a varied and stimulating caseload for a diverse client base, including developers, investors, landlords, tenants and commercial occupiers.
Work will include:
* Freehold & leasehold acquisitions/disposals
* Commercial leases (granting, renewing, terminating)
* Development site acquisitions/disposals
* Landlord & tenant matters
* Secured lending & property finance
* Corporate transaction support
