We're working with a welcoming and diverse primary school in BS11 that's looking for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a long-term opportunity supporting children across mainstream classrooms as well as within the school's behavioural support unit.

This role would suit:

What you'll be doing
* Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
* Working within mainstream classes to help children access learning
* Providing support within the behavioural unit
* Building positive relationships and promoting engagement
* Helping create a calm, safe, and inclusive learning environment
What we're looking for
* SEN experience is preferred but not essential
* A calm, resilient, and positive approach
* Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
* Someone who can commit to a full-time, long-term position
