We’re recruiting a hands-on Highway Operations Supervisor for a long-term highways contract in the East Midlands.
This role suits someone who’s used to running sites properly — leading operatives and Chargehands, keeping work safe, and getting jobs delivered without drama or constant chasing.
The Role
* Day-to-day supervision of highway maintenance and construction works
* Running live sites and allocating work to teams
* Making sure RAMS and Chapter 8 are followed on site
* Managing plant, materials, and traffic management
* Being the on-site point of contact for issues, residents, and stakeholders
* Taking part in winter service and emergency standby when required
