Our client has several offices across the Devon area, offering an extensive legal service to businesses and individuals both locally and nationally. They are recognised as the leading law firm for several niche sectors and acting for trade associations puts them at the cutting edge of legal developments affecting those businesses.
On our client’s behalf we are looking to recruit a Client Services Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis to work in the Exeter office together with the opportunity for hybrid / remote working.
The Role:
* You will be completing an onboarding procedure for clients by ensuring that the correct identification procedures are carried out through ID checking software. Using a case management system, you will open new files electronically to assist legal teams.
* There will be occasions when you provide cover for the reception team where you will deal with varied incoming telephone calls and redirecting callers to the appropriate people.
* You will also help the wider Client Services Team undertaking tasks as directed.
Skills and Experience required:
* You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills; that you can plan, organise and analyse your own work and that you have the tenacity to convert enquiries into new business using sound selling techniques.
* Maintaining effective personal relationships and working within a team as well as independently are important skills for this role.
* You may have experience gained from a role where you have delivered the highest levels of customer care, or you may have experience gained from working within a legal practice. Experience in a reception or switchboard role will be useful.

For the role the salary is: £20,500 – £22,000 plus additional benefits
