The practice is a spacious, centrally located clinic featuring four consult rooms, a dedicated surgical theatre, digital x-ray room, a large prep area, laparoscopy equipment, ultrasound, and in-house blood machines—all designed to support efficient and excellent clinical care. Backed by an experienced Lead Vet, supportive Practice Manager, a dedicated HRVN, and a strong, established Nursing team, this practice is the perfect environment for professional growth and clinical progression. This role is ideal for a confident vet with a passion for surgery—someone who enjoys non-routine surgical procedures and is ready to take the clinical lead in this area. You’ll have the autonomy to drive surgical standards while being part of a close knit, collaborative team. The varied caseload and busy nature of the practice mean no two days are the same, and your skills will be valued and stretched in all the right ways. The ideal candidate will be an RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with strong leadership and communication skills, able to coach and develop colleagues, support nurse consults, and contribute positively to the clinic’s progressive culture. You should be comfortable delivering exceptional patient and client care, creating detailed treatment plans, and supporting operational compliance and team efficiency.
