Job Title: Development Project Co-ordinator\nLocation: Leeds\nSalary: £29,717 per year\nJob Type: Full time, Fixed Term Contact: 12 Months\nClosing date: 14th May 2025.\nInterviews Date: to take place Thursday 22nd May 2025.\nAre you an organised and proactive coordinator looking to build your career in housing development?\nWe're looking for a Development Project Coordinator to join our team at Leeds Federated. In this role, you'll support the delivery of new housing developments by providing reliable coordination, administration, and communication across a range of projects.\nWhat you'll do:\n * Provide excellent coordination and administration support for development activities, including managing accurate data across our housing and project management systems\n * Carry out research and investigation work for development and asset related activities as required\n * Help manage project data, track progress and support compliance with key policies\n * Assist with the preparation and administration of key internal meetings that involve development papers and schemes\n * Attend site meetings and assist with property handovers\n * Manage key systems and documentation accurately and efficiently\n * Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders and provide timely support to help meet project targets\n * Support customer satisfaction work, including surveys and managing defect processes\n * Take responsibility for ensuring work is carried out in accordance with statutory and legal requirements and keep up to date with regulation and legislative changes\nWhat we're looking for:\n * Experience in a customer-facing service role, ideally within a housing association, local authority, Housebuilder or similar industry.\n * A strong administrator and coordinator who works well as part of a team and supports others effectively\n * Strong communicator, able to work with a range of people and convey information clearly and professionally\n * Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues while also working independently managing tasks\n * Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to take practical steps to resolve issues with support from the team.\n * Comfortable working with IT systems and following procedures\nIf you are ready to take the next step in your career and want to be part of a purpose-driven organisation, apply today!\nWe reserve the right to close this vacancy if it is deemed that we have received a suitable number of applications.
