£12.50–£13.00 per hour depending on responsibilities
(Approx. £23,200 – £24,128 p.a. based on 40 hrs/week and 28 days paid holiday)

The Role
This role can be purely barista, or barista plus team lead — pay depends on responsibilities.
As a barista (£12.50/hr), you'll be crafting excellent coffee, welcoming guests, and keeping the café-bar running smoothly day-to-day.
As a barista with team lead responsibilities (up to £13.00/hr), you'll do all the above plus oversee daily operations, manage stock and ordering, and help ensure high standards across service.
You'll Be:
* Brewing precision espresso and silky microfoam from day one.
* Confident in latte art and guiding customers through coffee origins.
* Serving pastries and sandwiches during the day, and wine, snacks and charcuterie in the evenings.
* Friendly and service-minded, as well as reliable, flexible and curious to keep learning

Please Note:
* This role is for experienced speciality café baristas only.
* You'll be expected to work through Christmas and New Year (holidays off). The café may close for one–two weeks in January.
