My client is looking for a Senior Service Advisor at their main dealership. They're a group that offers fantastic career opportunities, state-of-the-art dealership resources, with new and used cars from a very popular brand.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to move into a senior role within a growing company with dealerships across the country.
Senior Service Advisor Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers requiring service and maintenance.
* Schedule service appointments and manage the service diary.
* Provide detailed and accurate information regarding services, repairs, and warranties.
* Communicate with the workshop team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
* Upsell additional services and products where appropriate.
* Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
Requirements for a Senior Service Advisor:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential, preferably within the motor trade.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, delivering all vehicles back to the customer when required.
* Happy to work independently or as part of a team.
* A full UK driving licence is required.
