Location: Middlesbrough / Redcar • Contract Type: Permanent • Salary: £29,033 per year plus a bonus of up to £8,000 (OTE) and benefits.
Overview
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our inclusive and vibrant team. This full-time field sales role focuses on delivering sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities while becoming an expert in the soft drinks category.
Responsibilities
* Deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining relationships and creating new business opportunities.
* Promote brands and solutions that align with business objectives in a variety of customer environments (e.g., independent convenience stores, pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes).
* Report to a local Field Sales Manager and work to expand the customer base and increase market share.

Qualifications / What we’re looking for
* No experience? We provide full training and support to get you up to speed. We’re looking for someone who works well with others, stays active, and thrives in a hands-on role.
* UK driving licence or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and living within a 60-minute commute from the role location.
* Influencing and negotiation skills with customers to drive positive outcomes.
* Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency with digital technologies (e.g., iPhone, iPad) to support sales, communication, and reporting.
* Ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting targets.
* Ability to grow business through digital engagement and technology-enabled customer relationships.
* Strong prioritisation skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
